The class is an introduction to NIMS, which is a standardized management approach to an incident that unifies the response of the federal, state and local governments. Message-ID: Happy Halloween! Yesterday I was contacted by Vern Paronto N7ZBZ. He has a packet modem to give away, if anyone is interested. You can contact him by phone at 442-9632. His address is 4995 N. Montana Ave, which is just across the road from Dave's Express Oil, Lube and Car Wash. Vern has been ill for several years and is now in a wheelchair. For those of you who were around here in the CB days, his handle was "Hounder." He operated "Hounder's CB Shop" from his home for many years. After he became licensed as a ham, he monitored the .82 repeater and was always available to make phone calls or relay messages. 73..
