[ARES] State - Interoperability test

On May 29th at 8 AM MST, the Montana dept of Heath and Human Services  
will be conducting an interoperability test, using their HF radio on  
3.947 LSB.  Bill Earhard will be serving as radio operation for HHS,  
nd they will be testing message handling between Glasgow and Helena.

If you have the opportunity, tune in on Thursday and listen for  
traffic - please don't interfere with the test - and if possible,  
given me a received signal report, along with your radio type and  
antenna via email.
